Why is Draenor called Outland?
Outland (sometimes mistakenly called “the Outland” or “the Outlands”) is the shattered floating remnants of the destroyed world of Draenor, the homeworld of the orcs and ogres and refuge of the draenei.

Absolutely go. The mobs give twice the experience as old world mobs. You can hop in another dungeon or two and you’ll be on the same track as everyone else.
