You can use the Festivizer on any compatible weapon, Strange or otherwise. A Festivized weapon will retain all of its original qualities.
Does removing a Festivizer give it back?
Yes, you can unfestivize it by clicking “Restore?” or select it to “Remove Festivizer” if a weapon have killstreak effect, strange part, etc. Note that you will not get the festivizer back.
