Moana Pasifika is a group that was formed at Victory Primary School by Tapita Ching in 2009. The naming of the group came from a group of pasifika senior students in 2013. The meaning for them was that the ocean, Moana connects to all of the Pacific Islands, they gifted the name to the group as Moana Pasifika.
