Do I need to pre book parking for Llanberis?
There is also ample paid parking in Llanberis which does not require pre-booking. The only parking near Snowdon which does require pre-booking is the Pen-y-Pass car park which is not in Llanberis where our station is located. Parking tariffs apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Where do you park to walk the Llanberis Path?
The Llanberis Path starts outside Snowdon Mountain Railway Llanberis Station just off the A4086. The car park opposite has 300 spaces (approx.) and costs £6 for the day (as of July 2014). Head south-east along the A4086 away from Llanberis for 150m, and turn right at the mini-roundabout towards Victoria Terrace.
Where do you park to climb Snowdon Llanberis?
Parking is available at Pen y Pass by pre-book only. You can also use the Snowdon Sherpa bus service to reach Pen y Pass. For the Watkin Path, use the Pont Bethania car park at Nant Gwynant. For the Snowdon Ranger Path, use the Llyn Cwellyn car park.
