What happens if I miss a TNT delivery?
If you have received a “we missed you” card from our driver, please use the Re-delivery Service to reschedule delivery or arrange to pick up your pracel from our depot.

What happens if TNT can’t deliver?
If the driver has attempted delivery to your customer and left a card, you can use the Re-delivery Service. If the driver has not yet attempted delivery or has not have a re-delivery card, please click here to contact us. Your enquiry must include the consignment number, delivery address and re-delivery date.
Can I pick up my parcel from TNT?

How do I collect my parcel from a TNT Local Exchange? You will need to take your ‘Sorry We Missed You card’ or electronic notification along with photo ID to the TNT Local Exchange location. Present these details at the store counter and you will be able to collect your parcel.
Does TNT delivery need signature?
What if I am not at home on delivery attempt of my document? A signature is required for all deliveries, with a valid form of identification. If you are not going to be home when your document is due to be delivered, you can rearrange your delivery date on our track page.
Do passports need to be signed for on delivery?
Surprisingly, the Passport Office told me that, unlike with residency permits, a signature for passport deliveries is not part of its “secure delivery requirements” unless the mail box is communal.
How long do TNT hold parcels?
After a failed delivery attempt, we will hold your item for 30 days.
How fast is TNT Post?
TNT offers the shortest shipping time with Express Services, which all include next-day delivery. Deliveries with the TNT Express Economy services take from 2 working days.
How many times will TNT attempt delivery?
TNT deliveries are made are made during working hours on working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. TNT make three delivery attempts as standard.
Can I pick my passport up from TNT?
You cannot collect from the TNT depot unless special circumstances. They do not disclose the address. You have to get through on the phone then they request permission on your behalf then if approved, the depot will email you after inch saying you must collect that evening.
Can I collect my passport from TNT?
TNT will only deliver your supporting documents if you paid the secure delivery fee when you applied for your passport. Passports and supporting documents will arrive separately.
Do TNT deliver on weekends?

The center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Eastern Time, excluding federal holidays. You can use the automated system to check your passport information 24 hours a day.
How long does it take from passport approval to delivery?
The vast majority of all passport applications are being dealt with well within 10 weeks. However, a passport can only be issued once all the checks have been completed satisfactorily and will take longer if applications are submitted with missing or incomplete information.
Can you track your passport delivery?
