What is Lifetap Poe?
Lifetap Support is a support gem. It causes linked skills to be paid using life instead of mana, similar to the Blood Magic keystone, but at the expense of a very high skill cost multiplier. Spending a certain amount of life gives the Lifetap buff, which causes skills supported by Lifetap to deal more damage.
Does Lifetap work on righteous fire?

Can righteous fire crit?
Righteous Fire doesn’t hit. Critical Strike bonuses do nothing for it. To boost its damage, you want Fire Damage, Burning Damage, Damage Over Time, Area Damage or just plain Damage bonuses, as well as increasing your life (or ES) because it burns based on a percentage of those stats.
Does life tap work with berserk?
Berserk completely converts all Physical damage of attacks to Magic damage, but it also makes the Barbarian unable to benefit from Life Steal and Mana Steal, even with Life Tap.

RF does not Ignite, it deals Burn Damage. Being immune to Ignite does not matter, because RF does not Ignite. RF still applies its Buff, you still Burn.

Does frenzy affect whirlwind?
Whirlwind already hits enough, even if frenzy does affect it, it is not significant. Frenzy is mainly for double swing/normal attack. Once you hit with frenzy once, you don’t need to use it again until it wears off (the “swooshing” animation around your character will go away).
How does howl work in d2?
Howl causes monsters within the area of effect to flee, just like Terror curse (the two effects do not stack). This skill is useful in situations where the player finds themselves surrounded by enemies and are unable to retreat.
Can necromancer stack Curses?
It doesn’t exactly stack but it can not be overridden by a new curse, so you can cast attract and IM and attract will still be there. All other curses override each other so there is just one cure on things. As a basic rule of thumb, Curses don’t stack.
