Ariana Grande’s Mother, Who Was Sitting Front Row, Led Terrified Fans To Safety Backstage

Way to go Joan for protecting these young and terrified children from harms way… you are truly an angel.

Monday night, a suicide bomber targeted Ariana’s sell-out concert at the Manchester Arena leaving at least 22 dead and 119 more injured. The explosion rang out through the venue’s lobby and as panic began to escalate, Ariana Grande’s mom, Joan, acted quickly like any mother would and rushed a group of approximately 10 fans backstage out of harm’s way.

Acting out of maternal instinct, she immediately escorted terrified fans to safety backstage, according to TMZ.  The site reports that Joan was still in her front row seat when the bomb detonated and quickly escorted young girls out of the concert hall and into to the backstage dressing rooms to hide safely until the coast had cleared.
